Screen sharing answers the wrong problem
A customer may need to follow a changing quote remotely, but the employee workspace can contain controls, internal notes, and working data that were never meant to leave the dealership side.
Build a separate projection
The Pioneer design creates a narrower server-written customer record, gives it temporary access, and lets approved quote changes or annotations appear without turning the staff screen into a public page.
- Staff controls remain private
- Only approved fields cross the boundary
- Temporary access can expire or be revoked
- Fictitious records are used in product demonstrations
The result is a clearer conversation
The customer can focus on the choices being discussed while the employee keeps the tools required to shape those choices. The separation is part of the product model, not a last-minute CSS mask.
Current limit
Live collaboration remains a Pioneer preview. Custom-domain and end-to-end rollout work was not complete in the dated build record, so this is not marketed as generally available remote quoting.
