The pre-alpha pages do not ask for or store contact details in a site database. There is no marketing lead database connected to this site.
If you choose a waitlist or pioneer-access email link, your email application sends the message to LotPro. The sender's email provider and LotPro's email provider process that message; this website does not receive or persist a separate copy.
Do not submit customer, prospect, employee, financing, health, payment-card, or other sensitive dealership data through this marketing site or its contact links.
Payment information
LotPro does not provide card fields or a checkout route on this site. A future purchase flow must send the buyer to processor-hosted card entry so raw card numbers and security codes do not pass through LotPro forms or servers.
Any future processor will collect billing information under its own terms and privacy notice. Checkout remains unavailable until approved prices, terms, verified webhook handling, and provisioning are implemented.
Technical data
The hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, timing, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. LotPro has not added advertising trackers or a marketing cookie banner to this build.
Use and sharing
Ordinary technical information is used to deliver and protect the site and meet legal obligations. Dealer or customer data is not used to train public AI models or sold for advertising.
Service providers should receive only the information needed for hosting, security, or a service the visitor explicitly requests.
Retention and requests
This marketing site does not currently maintain a lead database. If that changes, LotPro will publish the collection purpose, retention period, request channel, and applicable choices before enabling a form.
Email messages are retained and handled in the receiving mailbox rather than this website. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to privacy@lotpro.app.
Changes
The visible update date changes only when the substance of this notice changes. Product and privacy controls continue to evolve during pre-alpha.
