A message without its evidence becomes another handoff
The answer may depend on a vehicle, PDF, photograph, wiki article, or prior reply. If the conversation cannot carry those references, the employee leaves chat to rebuild the question elsewhere.
Make the channel a working room
Chat work added reliable channel entry, replies, attachments, media search, PDF viewing, rich links, wiki lookup, keyboard suggestions, and a task command.
- Vehicle-specific rooms can be created from inventory
- PDF and image context stays in the conversation
- Wiki results can be selected by keyboard
- The /task command can turn a message into work
The result is a decision the team can revisit
The conversation retains enough evidence and structure that another teammate can see why the answer was reached and what should happen next.
Current limit
Some later PDF and wiki enhancements were build-verified but not proven deployed in the dated log. Member administration and routed-controller coverage are not complete.
